The Opportunity: A permanent full-time position is available for a Machinery Operator to join the team at our young stock raising facility at Ladysmith Farms, NSW. The role involves operating modern and well-maintained small and large tractors, feed mixer wagons, front end loaders and skid steers. This chance is for a highly motivated, reliable person, who has an eye for detail and is committed to work health and safety.

This opportunity provides secure, long-term employment in a safety-driven environment. You will be encouraged and supported to complete National Competency Accreditation in tractor, loader and skid steer and other training including forklift as required.

Key accountabilities include:

- Operating large Deutz and Fendt tractors with feed mixer wagons, small John Deere tractors, Hyundai and Volvo front end loaders in a safe, responsible manner
- Working to scheduling guidelines
- Operating machinery safely
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

The successful applicant will possess:

- Machinery and loader experience
- A willingness to be part of a safety culture that follows WHS policies and procedures
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to work well as a team and independently
- Proven track record of punctuality and reliability
- Qfever immunity, or must be willing to gain the Qfever vaccination
- Full Australian work rights or residing in Australia ONLY
- Driver’s Licence and own transport
