We are currently seeking 15-25 Industrial and Maintenance Electricians for a project at a new plant located in Stapylton, QLD.
These roles are available to start immediately and are expected to last between 4 to 6 months. The scope of work is diverse, and there may be opportunities for additional projects after completion.
Available Shifts:
Day Shift 6:00AM - 4:30PM
Night Shift 5:00PM - 3:00AM
- Monday to Friday (5 days)
- $62.50 per hour
- Penalties apply after first 8 hours
Pay & Benefits
- High hourly base rate
- Penalties applicable
- Allowances including Travel, Meal, and Tools on top of hourly rate
- Weekly pay
Scope of Work:
- Teams of electricians will rectify light and power defects, including fixing junction boxes that were not installed per specifications and re-terminating distribution boards that do not meet standards.
- Teams will also be involved in pulling in submains cables and performing terminations for general light and power commercial/industrial projects.
- A few electricians will be dedicated to full-time testing.
- Fault finding and breakdown support
Requirements
- Valid QLD Electrical License
- Construction White Card
- Current CPR & LV Rescue
- Drivers licence & reliable transport
- High Risk Licences including EWP and Working at Heights are advantageous
- Able to pass a drug & alcohol test and pre-employment medical
