Your new role We are seeking a highly experienced Asset Coordinator to support our Maintenance function at our Head Office in Nambour.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Create and manage assets, preventative maintenance policies and work order standard jobs across the full asset lifecycle - Complete electronic relocation of assets and components using site‑based information systems - Bring existing and historical policy systems up to date with current,



approved operational configurations - Monitor system users and advise the Business Improvement Manager on any training needs - Work closely with the Safety team to ensure maintenance strategies reflect current legislative requirements - Collaborate effectively with the Maintenance Documentation department - Conduct routine system health checksProvide coverage for the Senior Asset Coordinator during periods of leave What you'll need to succeed - Mechanical Trade Qualified preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computerized maintenance management software - Previous experience in asset coordination in the mining or construction industries - Current Drivers Licence If you’re an experienced Maintenance Officer with a strong work ethic, a positive attitude and a commitment to safety — we’d love to hear from you.
