Maintenance Technician

- $40 - $50 per hour based on experience

- Monday to Friday roster

- Morning Shift

About the Client:

Our client is a global provider of advanced industrial automation technologies, delivering a comprehensive portfolio of software, control systems, measurement instrumentation, and engineering solutions. Its products and services enable manufacturers and industrial operators to monitor, control, and optimize complex factory and plant operations across industries such as oil and gas, chemicals, power generation, life sciences, food and beverage, and manufacturing.

What You Will Be Doing:

- Planning and performing preventative, emergency, and reactive maintenance on plant and equipment to support protected and reliable operations.
- Responding to equipment faults, diagnosing issues, and completing repairs efficiently to minimise downtime while ensuring all work complies with site policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Managing and coordinating contractors undertaking onsite maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety requirements and the timely completion of works with minimal disruption to operations.

What You Will Need:

· Trade qualification – Mechanical fitter or equivalent trade qualification





· Similar previous experience in fixed plant maintenance

· Proficiency with wide array of tools including power tools, welding equipment

· Preferably experience with maintenance management software

· Restricted electrical license

· First aid certificate (desirable)

· Forklift ticket
