Description

Join Goodness Grown as our next Management Accountant! We’re investing in the systems, processes, and people needed to support our next phase of growth. We’re seeking a motivated, commercially minded Accountant to join our Finance team to support both our core finance operations and the implementation of a new ERP system.

This role will play a key part in helping improve financial reporting, business processes, system integration, and data integrity during a significant period of change. This is a hands-on opportunity to work closely with operational stakeholders while contributing to a major business transformation project.

Responsibilities

- - Assist with the implementation and rollout of the organisation’s new ERP system.
- Support data migration, testing, validation, and process documentation activities.
- Partner with operational teams to understand business requirements and improve financial processes.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.




- Analyse operational and financial performance to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Assist in developing financial controls, procedures, and reporting frameworks.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across finance and business operations.

About You

- - Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Qualified accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in management accounting or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with financial systems.
- Experience supporting an ERP implementation, system upgrade, or business transformation project will be highly regarded.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and operational stakeholders.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a changing environment.
