Consep Hoist is revolutionising high rise construction. Our creative Self Climbing Materials Hoist provides safe and efficient movement of materials in high rise construction. Right now we are looking for a suitably experienced individual to manage the product range.
We are a proudly Australian owned company, designing and manufacturing all our products in house.
This role has a broad remit covering elements of business and market development, project management and supervision of site erection.
Key Responsibilities include
1. Managing the hoist product segment.
2. Liaising with major builders and developers on proposed high rise developments.
3. Project managing the fabrication of hoists inhouse with support from our engineering team.
4. Overseeing site erection and build teams.
5. Contract management and scheduled billing.
We are open about your qualifications and background but is highly likely you will have similar experience in crane,
hoist or industrial lift assembly and erection. You may be working as a lifting engineer and are looking for a broader remit. It is also likely that you will have had some exposure to steel fabrication and scaffolding erection etc. Prior site construction experience is essential.
Apart from your relevant experience, you will possess all the personal and professional qualities to lead a small team and collaborate with inhouse departments ranging from engineering through to finance.
Above all you will be a practical and commercially astute individual.
