As a Manager, you will lead project teams and work directly with stakeholders to shape strategic direction, solve complex challenges and deliver lasting impact.

As a Manager, you will lead the delivery of exciting engagements, oversee high-performing teams and work closely with client executives to drive outcomes.

You will: Lead workstreams and engagements across strategy, transformation, operational improvement, and major program delivery

Structure ambiguous problems into clear hypotheses, analysis and actionable recommendations

Translate insights into executive-ready narratives that influence decision-making

Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a credible advisor on strategic and operational challenges

Coach and develop junior team members within a high-performing and collaborative team environment

Work alongside a high performing team which is made up of a diverse set of capability backgrounds including economics/commerce, engineering, maths and science

Enough about us, let’s talk about you We are looking for individuals who combine strong problem-solving capability, leadership and commercial acumen with a drive to deliver impact.

You will likely have: 4 - 7+ years' experience in consulting, strategy, transformation, operational improvement or related advisory roles

Solid structured problem-solving capability and experience leading teams through complex business challenges

Demonstrated experience leading analysis and synthesising complex information into clear, actionable insights

Familiarity with data analysis tools and/or digital solutions (e.g. Excel, Power BI, analytics platforms)

Experience managing client relationships and engaging confidently with senior stakeholders

Experience in asset-intensive industries (energy, mining, infrastructure) is highly regarded But more importantly, you are a highly motivated individual who: Thinks critically and creatively to solve problems, bringing structure to ambiguity

Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships across all levels of an organisation

Demonstrates ownership, accountability and leadership

Is curious and proactive,
