The Opportunity:

Join a leading multi-discipline design engineering consultancy delivering complex projects across the mining sector. We’re seeking a Manager of Projects to oversee the overall direction and execution of EPC/EPCM engineering projects, and to achieve their targeted outcomes for project services across the Company’s engineering projects.

In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects from initiation through to completion and post-implementation review, align project outcomes with the organization’s strategic goals and priorities, develop and implement project governance structures and reporting frameworks, and develop and enhance project management methodologies, tools and templates to improve efficiency and consistency.

Key Accountabilities include:





- Reporting and Forecasting of financial performance, function performance, resourcing capability and capacity.
- Work Planning resolution and load balancing within Vantagepoint ERP software
- Support business growth and improvement targets with productivity and efficiency to deliver projects on time and within budget, aligning with organisational goals.

What You'll Bring:

- A Bachelors degree in Engineering of related Business field, with Project Management and Change Management certifications being advantageous to the role.
- 10+ years’ experience in project management and leadership roles.
- Proven track record of successfully directing large-scale complex projects in the resources, mining and minerals processing sectors.
- Solid strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities, particularly in aligning technical strategies with business objectives.
