Job Responsibilities:

- Perform technical inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on marine vessels and yachts

- Conduct pre-delivery checks to ensure all systems are functioning according to manufacturer specifications

- Install and maintain mechanical, electrical, and navigation systems onboard vessels

- Support the sales team by preparing vessels for customer demonstrations and handovers

- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all technical work performed

- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers for parts, technical support, and warranty claims

- Ensure compliance with Australian maritime safety standards and dealership quality protocols

- Assist in troubleshooting customer-reported issues and provide technical support during and after delivery

- Participate in training and development to stay updated on recent marine technologies and service procedures





Job Requirements:

- Certificate or diploma in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in marine vessel maintenance and repair

- Strong knowledge of marine propulsion systems, electrical components, and onboard electronics

- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and service software

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with sales and service teams

- Valid driver’s license and marine license preferred

- Willingness to travel locally for service calls, inspections, and customer support
