As an Upholsterer, you will play a crucial role in the production and assembly of premium quality marine products. This full time position is based in our modern facility in Murarrie, where you will be responsible for the skilled application of fabrics, padding, upholstery covers and fitting, cabin lining, floor and carpets + canopy and canvas work alongside other materials to create beautifully finished pieces.

What your roll looks like · Cutting, fitting, and securing fabrics, foams, and other materials according to design specifications
· Operating a variety of hand and power tools to complete upholstery tasks
· Ensuring a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail
· Collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain efficient workflows
· Adhering to all health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment
What we're looking for
· Proven experience as an upholsterer or trimmer.
· Strong hand-eye coordination and dexterity
· Knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques used in the upholstery trade
· Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
· Willingness to work as part of a team to achieve production goals
