As we scale, we're looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing Executive to build brand awareness, generate leads, and help grow some of the country's most exciting communities.

Producing high-quality content is at the heart of this role, but it's only one part of what makes it so rewarding. From capturing construction progress and filming homeowner stories to creating engaging social media content, launching new communities, coordinating events, and collaborating with creative agencies and internal stakeholders, no two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to bring marketing campaigns to life from concept through to execution. This is a hands-on role where you'll own projects from concept through to execution, giving you the opportunity to see the direct impact your work has on lead generation, sales and brand growth.

What You'll Be Doing

Social Media & Content Creation

- Own our organic social presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Create scroll-stopping social posts, blogs, reels and short-form video.
- Plan, build and schedule monthly content calendars using Metricool.
- Capture onsite photography and videography, including interviews with stakeholders, customers and partners.
- Edit content using Canva, CapCut and/or Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Brief agencies and freelancers, and keep an eye on trends for fresh ideas.

Website, Copywriting & SEO
- Write copy that converts — for websites, campaigns and landing pages.
- Produce SEO-optimised blog content and conduct keyword research.




- Manage WordPress websites and landing pages.
- Track performance through Google Analytics and Search Console, and report on results.

EDM, CRM & SMS Marketing
- Build, schedule and send EDM campaigns via Mailchimp.
- Manage CRM segmentation and run SMS campaigns.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance.

Creative & Campaign Management
- Write creative briefs and guide production from concept to delivery.
- Review creative work and juggle multiple campaigns at once.

Event Coordination

- Help bring launches, display village openings, community events and activations to life.
- Prepare runsheets, schedules and briefing documents.
- Coordinate suppliers and capture content on the day.

Collaboration

- Work closely with the Marketing Manager, sales teams and creative agencies.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver campaigns and projects that land.

What We're Looking For

• 5 years' experience in digital marketing or content marketing — property experience is a bonus, not a must.

- A tertiary qualification in marketing, advertising, communications or a related field.
- Sharp project management and organisational skills; you keep plates spinning without dropping any.
- Strong copywriting, storytelling and SEO instincts.
- Confident using Canva Pro, CapCut and/or Adobe Creative Cloud to create, edit and produce engaging images, reels, videos and other creative assets for digital marketing campaigns
- Good understanding of WordPress
- A good eye behind the camera — photography and videography skills.
- Comfortable using AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude to work smarter and faster.

You'll work across a broad range of industry-leading marketing, content and analytics platforms, including:

- Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn and YouTube
- Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word & Excel
- WordPress CMS
- Google Analytics
- Mailchimp
- Canva Pro and CapCut
- Adobe Creative Cloud
- AI tools including ChatGPT and Claude, to supercharge content creation, campaign planning, copywriting and research
- Project management platforms such as Monday.com or Trello (desirable)

Work Arrangement

• Full-time, permanent position
- Hybrid working model – 2 days working from home, 3 days in our Cremorne office
- Must have a current driver's licence, own reliable vehicle, and be willing to travel regularly to project sites across Victoria.
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends to support events, launches, content shoots and other business activities when required
- $85K + super
