About the Role: In this role, you will form an integral part of our business working across every aspect from our marketing, design to construction teams. You will be well presented, a confident communicator and have an excellent eye for detail. This role would suit someone who is super creative and wants to make an impact with what they do. This role is hybrid based across Numurkah and Shepparton locations.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, develop and execute our marketing strategy
- Manage our social media platforms and schedule content
- Create compelling content for all our social media and advertising platforms
- Implement your own and new ideas for marketing and content creation
- Manage our Website, Social Posts, Blogs, Newsletter & Email Marketing automation
- Monthly Marketing reporting
- Schedule photo and video shoots of our homes and manage their interior styling
- Liaise with our external paid media specialists
- Create marketing documentation when required
- Assist with business development and implement systems and processes
To apply for this position, you must:
- Have at a minimum a Diploma in Marketing & Communications, or similar
- Have a minimum 3 years of experience working in a marketing position
- Be proficient in social media usage and the usage of phone apps
- Have outstanding written and verbal communication
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Have outstanding computer and smartphone skills
- Be proficient in Google Docs, Sheets, Adobe Suite, Canva or similar
- Be adaptable with systems and processes
- Graphic design experience is highly advantageous
