We make the uncommon common through community, content, and business enablement services. Our migrant-friendly (not migrant-exclusive) approach levels the playing field by tackling both business and cultural challenges, so underrepresented founders can build with confidence.
From events to workshops,
training, and practical business services, UC is building an ecosystem where people connect, learn, and succeed together. What you’ll do:
Help organise and promote events, workshops, and online experiences
Learn to facilitate and present (MC, co-host, or support live sessions)
Assist in creating content for Instagram, LinkedIn, newsletters, and Slack
Engage with our community online and support onboarding of new members
Collaborate on digital campaigns that spotlight stories from our network
We’re looking for someone who:
Has strong interest in social media, events, and community building
Strong video and graphic/social content production skills

Communicates clearly and works well with others
Can manage time independently and take initiative
Is completing a placement as part of their university course (essential)

Experience with event coordination (even via uni clubs or volunteering)
Passion for startups, social impact, or founder communities
Interest in storytelling, editing, or email campaigns This internship is unpaid and designed to support students completing a university-mandated internship or placement unit.
We offer mentoring, references, and exposure to a agile community of founders, creatives, and changemakers.
