About the role
We are seeking a highly capable Marketing & Content Coordinator to work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and help drive BellaSeno’s day-to-day marketing, content and communications activities.
This is a hands-on role for a strong writer and organised marketing professional who can translate complex scientific, clinical and technical information into clear, engaging and audience-appropriate content.
You will support the continued development of the BellaSeno brand, contribute to clinical-trial communications and coordinate content across patients, surgeons, researchers, industry partners, media and internal teams.
The role combines content creation, brand coordination, clinical marketing support, social media, public relations, internal communications and general marketing delivery. You will be trusted with meaningful responsibility from the outset while working within the approval and governance requirements of a regulated medical environment.
What you will do
- Help to build and maintain BellaSeno’s tone of voice, messaging, terminology and broader brand narrative across all channels.
- Own and coordinate the content calendar across clinical milestones, scientific publications, industry events and broader marketing activity.
- Identify opportunities to build awareness of BellaSeno’s technology, people, research, clinical progress and role within regenerative medicine.
- Write and edit website copy, social media content, newsletters, presentations, brochures, product-related materials and educational resources.
- Translate scientific, clinical and technical information into accessible communications without compromising accuracy or credibility.
- Support clinical-trial communications, patient recruitment materials, clinic resources and trial updates in line with approved language, ethics and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate content reviews, approvals, version control and distribution across internal teams and participating clinical sites.
- Draft scripts, briefs and content outlines for animation, video,
interviews and short-form social content, working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Multimedia Designer.
- Support public relations activity through media materials, briefing documents, key messages, press-release content and agency coordination.
- Coordinate marketing requirements for conferences, surgeon events, clinical milestones and company activities, including promotion and on-site content capture.
- Manage marketing timelines, suppliers, content libraries, templates, workflows and approval trackers across concurrent projects.
- Support language governance, claims management and internal communications processes.
- Provide proactive day-to-day support to the Chief Marketing Officer, helping progress priorities as the business evolves.
What you will bring
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills, with the ability to adapt content for patient, clinical, corporate and industry audiences.
- Demonstrated experience creating content across digital, social or corporate channels.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to understand complex scientific, technical or regulated information and communicate it clearly without compromising accuracy.
- Strong organisational and project-coordination skills, with confidence managing multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines.
- A proactive approach and willingness to take responsibility for progressing work.
- The judgement to work autonomously while recognising when clinical, regulatory or leadership input is required.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, clinicians, technical experts, agencies and creative suppliers.
- The ability to contribute effectively within a remote and internationally distributed team.
- A genuine interest in medical innovation, regenerative science and improving patient outcomes.
Experience The successful candidate will ideally bring:
- Three or more years of relevant marketing, communications, content or public relations experience.
- Candidates with direct medtech or healthcare experience will be highly regarded and prioritised.
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, journalism, public relations, health communications or a related discipline.
Highly regarded
- Experience supporting patient recruitment or healthcare education.
- An understanding of ethics-approved communications, medical claims and regulated marketing requirements.
- Familiarity with content-management systems, social scheduling tools, CRM platforms and email-marketing software.
- Experience supporting media relations, medical conferences or healthcare events.
Why BellaSeno? This is an opportunity to help build the brand and communications platform behind a rapidly advancing area in regenerative medicine.
You will work directly with senior marketing leadership while collaborating with scientists, engineers, clinicians, researchers and creative specialists across Australia and Europe.
The role offers genuine breadth, autonomy and visibility. Your work will contribute not only to BellaSeno’s public presence, but also to how patients, surgeons and industry partners understand the technology and its potential role in the future of soft-tissue restoration.
For someone who combines strong communication skills with curiosity, initiative and an interest in healthcare innovation, this is a rare chance to help shape a category as it develops.
Please note: Flexible remote working, with occasional early-morning or evening meetings is required to support collaboration with BellaSeno’s international head office. Corresponding flexibility around start and finish times will be discussed.
