About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Marketing Associate to support the firm's marketing initiatives. This role will assist with campaign coordination, digital marketing, communications, content, events, marketing operations and stakeholder engagement. The successful candidate will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, coordinating activity across internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring marketing deliverables are accurate, on brand, compliant and delivered to a high standard.

Key Requirements

- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, design or a related discipline preferred
- Experience or interest in the financial services industry




- Experience supporting marketing campaigns, events, communications and business development activity
- Sound understanding of email marketing, digital marketing, social media and campaign reporting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate marketing campaigns and initiatives, including planning, scheduling, execution, quality assurance and post-campaign reporting
- Assist with the production, maintenance and distribution of marketing collateral, presentations, sales materials, pitch documents and promotional items
- Compile campaign, email, event and channel reporting, using data and insights to support continuous improvement of future activity
