About the role The Marketing Director is responsible for leading the marketing function for Australia & New Zealand. About you
You'll thrive in this role if you have:
Experience in a similar role/industry or can demonstrate transferrable skills from another senior position A track record of developing, implementing, and evaluating strategic marketing, communications and promotional campaigns
Experience leading successful teams through coaching, training and development
Experience meeting or exceeding business targets (sales volume, revenue and net growth)
Successfully increased business growth, brand impact, and commercial results A strategic approach, coupled with analytical skills (including data analysis) to plan and implement activities that drive performance
Excellent relationship building, networking and stakeholder engagement skills, with both internal and external stakeholders at the senior executive level A collaborative style to building and maintaining a strong and positive working relationships
Outstanding writing, editing, and proof-reading skills, with a robust attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
Strong influencing skills, as well as a passion for leading others, both directly and indirectly What's in it for you?
