What you’ll do:

We currently have a 12‑month full time opportunity (parental leave cover)



for a Marketing Manager – Beauty Retail to lead marketing across Wesfarmers Health’s beauty retail stores, including atomica. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll own the beauty retail customer and marketing calendar, driving seasonal, promotional and always‑on campaigns that build brand strength, drive sales and elevate the customer experience.

You’ll lead campaign planning and delivery across paid, owned and earned channels - briefing agencies, managing suppliers and partnering closely cross‑functionally to ensure activity is aligned and executed seamlessly in‑store and online. You’ll also deliver marketing plans for new store launches, including paid media, POS, brand activations and launch events.
