The successful applicant should possess the following: 1. Demonstrated proficiency and competence in Microsoft Office applications;

- Demonstrated experience using Customer Relationship Management software;
- Well-developed time management and problem-solving skills;
- Demonstrated capacity to work in a team setting;
- Demonstrated understanding of the principles of quality customer service, courtesy and professionalism;
