We're proudly Australian owned and the team behind MontiiCo, a brand families genuinely love for stylish, practical lunch and drinkware that actually keeps up with real life. We're growing quickly, launching exciting new products year-round, and creating fresh content daily from our in-house photo and video studio. It's a fast-paced, creative environment, but we also understand the juggle. School drop-offs, appointments, life admin… we get it. That's why flexibility matters here.

The Role

This is a brilliant next step for someone early in their marketing career who's ready to roll up their sleeves and grow. You're creative but commercial. You love a big idea, but you also care about results. You're curious, proactive and excited to test, learn and improve.

You'll work closely with our marketing team across a real mix of channels and projects, from campaigns to content to promotions, getting exposure to pretty much everything that makes a brand like MontiiCo tick. From product launches to promotional moments and ongoing brand marketing, you'll see how everything connects and plays a role in driving growth.

This isn't a "just execute what you're told" kind of role. We want your ideas. We want you to test them. And we want you to see what works.

What You'll Be Doing

Campaigns & Content

- Help plan and execute marketing campaigns across a range of channels




- Support product launches, promotions and seasonal moments
- Write and put together content that feels unmistakably Montii
- Collaborate with our creative team to bring fresh photo and video content into campaigns

Creative & Ideas

- Contribute campaign angles, hooks and new ideas
- Spot opportunities from social trends and customer behaviour
- Turn great content into campaigns that convert

Marketing Support & Coordination

- Support day-to-day marketing activity across the team, jumping in wherever there's a need
- Help coordinate timelines and assets across product, creative and marketing
- Assist with segmentation and targeting to make sure the right message reaches the right customer
- Learn how different parts of the marketing mix work together to drive repeat purchases and long-term loyalty

Testing & Optimisation

- Run A/B tests on offers, creative, timing and messaging
- Track performance and understand what drives clicks, conversions and revenue
- Use insights to continuously improve campaigns

Growth & Engagement

- Support growth of our customer base and community through campaigns, offers and content
- Help keep our audience engaged and excited to hear from us

About You

You might be:

- 1 to 3 years into your marketing career or similar experience
- Passionate about outstanding branding, content and campaigns
- Both creative and analytical, you love ideas and results
- Curious and proactive, you don't wait to be asked
- Organised and detail-focused
- Excited by ecommerce, product launches and fast-paced environments

Bonus points if you have:

- Experience across email, social, paid or content platforms
- Strong copywriting skills
- An eye for design or content

The Details

Location: Coomera Office Hours: Full-time preferred.

Open to part time for the right applicant

Flexibility: We understand life admin, school runs and everything in between. We offer versatile start and finish times within business hours to help you make work fit around family life.
