Join the DLLH Heavy Haulage Team

DLLH is a family-owned and operated transport company specialising in heavy haulage and oversized transport across Queensland and Australia. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Low Loader Operator to join our team based at our Beaudesert depot.

This is an opportunity to join a professional team operating contemporary equipment with consistent work, transporting a wide range of machinery and oversized loads both locally and interstate.

About the Role

Working as part of our heavy haulage team, you will be responsible for:

- Safely transporting oversized and over-mass machinery and equipment.

- Loading, unloading and securing machinery without assistance.

- Operating low loaders, platform trailers, Supertilts, floats and dollies.

- Ensuring compliance with OSOM permits and transport regulations.

- Completing pre-start inspections and maintaining company equipment.

- Completing delivery documentation and required administrative paperwork.

- Maintaining high housekeeping and presentation standards.

- Working both local and long-distance jobs as required.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- A current unrestricted MC Licence.

- Minimum two years' experience operating low loaders or in heavy haulage.

- Proven experience loading and transporting machinery safely.

- Experience operating low loaders, platform trailers, floats,



Supertilts and dollies.

- Sound knowledge of load restraint and heavy haulage best practices.

- Experience working with OSOM permits and compliance requirements.

- A strong commitment to safety, professionalism and customer service.

- Basic mechanical knowledge (highly regarded).

- MSIC and White Card, or willingness to obtain.

- Flexibility to work away from home when required.

Please note: This position is not suitable for general MC, B-double or tipper drivers without previous low loader/heavy haulage experience. Applicants must have demonstrated experience loading and transporting machinery.
