As a Team Leader you will lead a team of up to 7 people to support our operations. Your engaging and inspiring leadership skills will be imperative to the success of your team, and the business overall.

This hands-on Team Leader role offers Afternoon based shifts Monday to Friday with the hours of work being 4PM until 12AM, with some occasional weekend work when available.

Please note this role involves work in a cold environment and a forklift license is essential.

Daily Tasks:

- Coach and develop the distribution/warehousing team to ensure they have the capability to meet the performance goals.
- Report on operations and general work planning.
- Establish, communicate and monitor safety standards and lead corrective action in areas of high risk.
- Execute the site’s plan with ongoing measurement of performance, achievement of scheduled deadlines and allocating resources appropriately.
- Liaising with your Supervisor and identify and manage Food Safety & Quality issues, hazards and risks.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:





- Experience in a high-volume manufacturing industry in a Team Leader position. Experience in food manufacturing and/or FMCG industry will be highly regarded.
- Ability to work in a cold workplace.
- Forklift license essential.
- Proven communication and leadership skills to lead a team.
- Drive the continual improvement of both processes and people.
- A desire to build team capability through training and transfer of knowledge.
- Computer literate and comfortable using the MS suite.
- Proficient in Warehouse planning and operations.
- Experience managing information related to raw materials, product-in-process, packaging materials, finished product or packed stock.
- Following and maintaining GMP Compliance.
- Experience driving positive cultural change.
