MAKE A DIFFERENCE BEHIND THE SCENES - Volunteer Administration Assistant Needed

Our clients are the heart of what we do, so we’re looking for friendly, organised people who enjoy helping others and want to make a meaningful contribution to their community.

As a Volunteer Administration Assistant, you'll play an key role in supporting our staff, volunteers, and clients by helping keep our office running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

- Assist with general office administration and data entry
- Make restaurant bookings
- Answer phones and contact clients to confirm pickup times
- Entering client bookings into excel

When We Need You:

Monday, Tuesday or Friday, however we would be grateful for support on any day that suits you, during office hours.

Who You Are:

- Friendly, reliable, and organised
- Comfortable using computers and basic office software
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Happy to assist with a variety of administrative tasks
