MiCare is seeking a Village & Admissions Manager to lead the retirement village portfolio under the Retirement Villages Act (QLD) and MiCare policies. You will drive occupancy targets, manage sales, marketing and lifestyle programs, and ensure maintenance and budget adherence.
You’ll assess prospective residents, provide information on services, and build robust relationships with residents, service providers and government bodies to deliver high-quality care and community outcomes.
