Viva Leisure, co-parent company to World Gym and one ofAustralia’s leading fitness companies, is looking for new MemberServices team members to join our club on a permanent full-timebasis in Underwood!

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting memberswith general enquiries, conducting club tours for prospectivemembers, driving membership sales, building strong memberrelationships, and ensuring the club environment is clean,welcoming, and professionally presented at all times.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with:

- Current First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness toobtain)
- Knowledge of and a passion for the Fitness Industry
- Experience in sales and customer service, ideally withinthe fitness or retail sectors

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Providing a professional and welcoming experience for allmembers, visitors, and new joiners, including conducting clubtours and inductions




- Support membership growth by responding to enquiries,following up on leads, and following Viva’s sales process tomaximise conversions
- Engage with members on the gym floor, assist with generalqueries, and promote additional services like personal trainingand group fitness
- Handle administrative duties including phone calls, membersfeedback, system updates, and shift handovers, escalatingissues when necessary
- Maintain a clean, protected, and well-presented club environmentby performing regular cleaning, equipment checks, restockingsupplies, reporting hazards and faults, and supportingoperational and administrative tasks
