About the Role An exciting opportunity is available for an SAP Master Data Specialist to join a large enterprise organisation, supporting the governance and maintenance of critical SAP master data.

This role plays an important part in ensuring high-quality, standards-compliant master data is accurately validated, governed and loaded into SAP. Working within an established Master Data Governance team, you'll collaborate with a range of internal stakeholders to support business-as-usual operations while maintaining data integrity across a complex enterprise environment.

This is not a traditional SAP support role. Instead, you'll focus on governance, validation and quality assurance of master data, ensuring all information complies with established standards before being loaded into SAP using LSMW.

This is an initial 6-month contract , offering the opportunity to join a collaborative team and work within a mature SAP Master Data environment.

You Should Have

- 3–5+ years' commercial experience working with SAP Plant Maintenance (PM)
- Strong SAP Master Data experience
- Experience managing SAP master data, including Functional Locations, Equipment, Bills of Material (BOMs), Maintenance Plans, Maintenance Items, Task Lists, Classes and Classifications
- Experience processing LSMW scripts
- Strong understanding of master data governance and controlled data environments
- Excellent attention to detail and data validation skills
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a governance-focused team

Key Responsibilities

- Process SAP master data requests
- Review and validate submitted master data against governance standards
- Process LSMW scripts and load approved data into SAP
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity of master data
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to clarify data requirements
- Support business-as-usual Master Data Governance activities
- Maintain compliance with established governance processes
- Work collaboratively with the wider Master Data team to ensure timely delivery of requests

Working Arrangements

- Hybrid working arrangement
- Initially office-based while learning systems and processes
- Transition to two days per week working from home once established
- Collaborative team environment with regular onsite engagement

Contract & Benefits
