We are looking for a passionate Zone Managers (3IC) to help lead our Sydney CBD stores in NSW. We have a mixture of PPT and FT contracts, you'll support the leadership team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Zone Managers are the Guardians of the Customer Experience for our stores. They lead from the shop floor, creating exceptional customer moments while coaching and inspiring their team to deliver MECCA Magic every day. With a passion for people, beauty and results, they balance customer experience with commercial outcomes to ensure every visit leaves a lasting impression.

Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store
- Leading from the front; drive success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the team
- Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
What success looks like in this role:
- Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams
- A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments
- Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members
Requirement of the role:
- Availability to work late evenings and weekends
