The Role You'll lead the mechanical design and delivery of commercial and residential projects, working closely with clients, architects and multidisciplinary engineering teams from concept design through to construction.

As your capability grows, so will the complexity of the work.

You'll progressively gain exposure to landmark projects across healthcare, laboratories, aviation, defence and major infrastructure, learning directly from engineers who have delivered many of Queensland's most significant developments.

You'll also mentor graduate engineers, strengthening your own leadership capability while helping develop the next generation.

Every project becomes another opportunity to build the experience, judgement and confidence required to one day lead major multidisciplinary projects yourself.

About You You'll ideally have:

- A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Around 4 + years' Mechanical Building Services design experience within Australia or New Zealand.
- Strong HVAC design capability.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.




- A genuine ambition to continue growing both technically and professionally.
