Qualified Mechanical Plumber

We're a well-established HVAC company delivering mechanical services projects across schools, commercial spaces, apartments and community facilities throughout Melbourne. Due to continued growth, we're looking for a fully qualified Mechanical Plumber to join our team.

This is a great prospect for an experienced tradesperson to take ownership of jobs, work across a variety of commercial and residential projects, and be part of a supportive team that values quality workmanship and safety.

The Role

- Install, assemble and commission HVAC systems across commercial and residential projects
- Work with ductwork, grilles, refrigerant pipework and air conditioning equipment in accordance with specifications and manufacturer requirements
- Take ownership of jobs and small teams, including mentoring apprentices on-site
- Liaise directly with site supervisors, builders and other trades to keep projects on program
- Ensure all work is completed safely, on time and to a high standard

About You





- Trade-qualified Mechanical Plumber (Cert III or equivalent)
- Current plumbing licence
- ARCtick refrigerant handling licence
- Construction White Card
- Current driver's licence
- Minimum 2–3 years' post-qualification experience in commercial/residential HVAC installation
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Confident working independently and as part of a team, with the ability to supervise apprentices
