Medical Receptionist – Kallangur

We are seeking an efficient, reliable, and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our medical centre in Kallangur.

The successful applicant will be organised, confident working in a busy environment, and committed to providing excellent service to patients, doctors, and the wider practice team.

Key responsibilities include:

- Welcoming patients and managing enquiries
- Answering telephone calls and scheduling appointments
- Processing Medicare billings, payments, and patient accounts
- Managing patient records, correspondence, and referrals
- Supporting doctors and clinical staff with daily administrative tasks
- Maintaining patient privacy and confidentiality
- Assisting with the smooth and efficient operation of reception

The ideal applicant will have:

- Previous medical reception experience
- Strong communication and customer-service skills




- Excellent time-management and organisational abilities
- Confidence using medical practice software and computer systems
- The ability to multitask and remain calm during busy periods
- A skilled, positive, and dependable attitude
- Flexibility to work a variety of casual shifts
