About You:
This position requires a highly motivated & proactive individual, who is a robust team player. You have a positive attitude, are friendly and empathetic and are a quick learner. In this position, you will be responsible for managing the front-of-house operations, ensuring a seamless experience for all who visit our practice.
Responsibilities will include
- Efficiently managing administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Greeting and welcoming patients, both in person and on the phone, with a friendly and professional manner
- Efficiently managing patient bookings, rescheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate electronic patient records
- Handling patient inquiries, providing information about our services, and addressing any concerns they may have
- Assisting with the processing of payments
- Maintaining a well-organised and tidy reception area,
ensuring a comfortable and inviting environment for our patients
- Providing general administrative support to the clinical team as needed

Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in a medical or healthcare administrative role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and empathetic approach when interacting with patients
- Strong organisational abilities, with the capacity to multitask and maintain attention to detail
- Proficient in using computerised patient management systems and standard office software (Genie preferred)
- A genuine interest in the healthcare industry and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service
- Excellent work ethic and takes pride in their work
- Professional demeanour with patients and colleagues at all times
