Managing a portfolio of approximately 100-150 properties, you'll be supported every step of the way by an experienced leadership team and dedicated support staff.
You will be supported by
- Dedicated Property Management Coordinator
- Full-time Leasing Manager and Field Services Officer (no leasing duties)
- Property Management Administration support
- Virtual Assistants who assist with lease renewals, notices, and administration
- Experienced Team Leader and ongoing industry training

The Role
- Manage a residential portfolio of approximately 100-150 properties
- Build solid relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinate maintenance and tenancy matters
- Manage lease renewals, arrears, and client communication
- Deliver exceptional customer service while working as part of a highly supportive team
About You
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Experience managing your own residential portfolio
- Current driver's licence
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A proactive, customer-focused approach
- Confidence using technology and property management systems
