Epworth Geelong seeks an experienced casual Advanced Patient Revenue Officer to support our Medical Billing team. You will manage complex billing and debtor processes, raise invoices and process payments with accuracy and professionalism.
You will ensure compliance with Medicare, Health Funds, DVA, TAC and WorkCover requirements, investigate unpaid invoices, follow up rejections and coordinate resubmissions to achieve timely reimbursement while delivering excellent patient service.
