Forrestania Resources Ltd (ASX: FRS) is a Western Australian rapidly growing gold exploration and development company building a portfolio of gold projects across the Forrestania, Southern Cross and Eastern Goldfields regions.
FRS portfolio comprises a combined gold Mineral Resource of approximately1,007,800 ounces, with access to processing infrastructure under construction at Lake Johnston. The Company recently achieved a first ore milestone at its British Hill deposit.
Led by a refreshed and experienced board, FRS is strategically expanding its footprint across the Southern Cross, Eastern Goldfields and Forrestania regions through disciplined exploration, selective acquisitions and a commitment to unlocking the broader potential of these highly prospective belts. FRS is advancing towards gold production, initially via the wholly-owned Lake Johnston processing facility which was acquired by the Company in late CY 2025. In the Southern Cross district, the Company is advancing a strategy to define significant gold resources that can support long-term development opportunities.
FRS is dedicated to creating shareholder value through systematic exploration, robust technical execution and a focused approach to growing its gold asset base across Western Australia.
We are seeking an experienced MESOto join our Lake Johnston operation as we transition to operations in the coming months. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact position where you’ll provide pre‑hospital care, drive emergency preparedness, and help shape the site’s medical and safety systems as the operations scale up.
Working closely with the other MESO and site leadership, you’ll be the trusted medical presence on site—supporting our people, strengthening safety culture,
and ensuring we are prepared for prevention, response and recovery.
About the Role
- Provide 24/7 onsite medical coverage on roster
- Deliver prehospital emergency care and patient‑centric treatment
- Maintain all medical and emergency equipment, consumables and inventories
- Liaise with medical professionals to ensure appropriate care pathways
- Manage and comply with the site Poisons Licence and relevant legislation
- Review and improve Emergency Management and Safety Management Plans (medical components)
- Lead emergency preparedness activities and ensure readiness across crews
- Conduct fitness for work testing, including D&A;, fatigue and hydration checks
- Review pre‑employment medicals for remote‑site suitability
- Complete daily welfare checks for outdoor crews
- Support supervisors with fatigue management for extended rosters
- Provide first aid refreshers, toolbox topics and ongoing ER training
- Assist with incident response, investigation and post‑incident debriefs
- Produce weekly medical and safety statistics, reporting and compliance documentation
- Conduct workplace inspections, hazard reporting and safety data entry
- Actively reinforce safe behaviours through strong field presence
About You You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
- A qualified Medic / Paramedic (Diploma Paramedical Science, Cert IV/Diploma Emergency Health Care or higher)
- 3 Years Experienced in mining, remote or prehospital emergency care
- Skilled in injury management and familiar with INX or similar systems
- Confident working independently in a small, close‑knit team
- Adaptable, proactive and comfortable in a dynamic start‑up environment
- Strong in communication, patient care, and emergency decision‑making
- National Police Check within 12 months
