Finance is a growing mortgage brokerage based in a modern office in Yarraville, Melbourne's inner west. We're looking for an accredited Mortgage Broker to join our team as an independent contractor. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with clients, converting enquiries into settled loans and providing exceptional service, but doesn't want the pressure of building an entire business from day one.
You'll receive a steady flow of company-generated enquiries to contact, qualify and convert. These are not pre-qualified appointments - they're enquiries that require proactive follow-up, strong communication and consistent relationship building. If you're motivated by picking up the phone and turning opportunities into lifelong clients, you'll thrive in this role.
You'll be supported with a dedicated office, loan processing, CRM, systems, marketing, mentoring and administration so you can spend more time helping clients and writing loans. What you'll be doing Contacting and qualifying company-generated enquiries
Managing clients from first conversation through to settlement
Providing lending solutions across purchases, refinances and investment lending
Building long-term client relationships that generate repeat and referral business
Working closely with our in-house processing team
Maintaining compliance and accurate client records
