Us Base Salary + Uncapped Incentives - We provide the stability of a competitive base salary combined with a performance-based incentive structure designed to reward results.

Low Entry Barrier To Incentives - Unlike many organisations where incentives only become meaningful at very high revenue levels, our incentive structure commences from only 1.75x salary cost and ranges from 5% to 30% based on performance.

Your Trail Income Works For You - At Urban Money Oceania, your existing and growing loan book becomes a powerful wealth creation tool. As your trail income grows, it contributes towards your overall revenue performance, helping you accelerate your incentive earnings and long-term income potential.

Automatic Quarterly Salary Growth - We strongly believe exceptional performance should be recognised. Brokers who achieve 4x their salary cost within a quarter become eligible for an automatic 8% increase in their base salary. This creates a genuine pathway for high performers to increase their earnings year after year.

Employee Stock Options (ESOP) - Most brokers build wealth through commissions.
