To support our expansion, we are looking for an ambitious, client-focused Mortgage Broker to join our high-performing team in a commission only structure. If you want the backing of an established brand, direct access to qualified leads, and dedicated on-shore admin and client support, this role is for you. The opportunity

You’ll focus on what you do best: building relationships, providing expert advice, and writing business. You won't have to waste time wrestling with administrative bottlenecks or chasing cold contacts.

High-Converting Warm Lead Flow: Hit the ground running with consistent, warm leads generated through our strong partnerships with local real estate agencies, active social media channels, and a high-ranking Google SEO funnel

On-Site Admin & Client Support: Work alongside our dedicated on-site support team who handle your client relations, loan processing, and lodgments from start to finish

Hybrid Work Flexibility: Enjoy the best of both worlds—collaborate in our up-to-date Cardiff office while maintaining the freedom to work remotely Skills & experience required

Industry Background: Experience in mortgage broking, banking, financial services, or high-volume sales

Drive & Autonomy:



Self-motivated with a strong drive to build a profitable pipeline and deliver exceptional client outcomes

Client-First Mindset: A polished, skilled approach that reflects our 5-star local reputation and brand standards

Qualifications: Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking, along with an active industry membership (MFAA or FBAA) or the ability to acquire one Why Join Loan Market Cardiff?
