We are seeking a highly capable Multimedia & Motion Designer to bring BellaSeno’s science, technology and brand to life through animation, video and visual design.

Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing & Content Coordinator, you will translate complex medical, scientific and product concepts into clear, compelling visual stories for patients, surgeons, industry partners, internal teams and broader audiences.

The primary focus of this role is the creation of high-quality 2D and 3D animations, product explainers and multimedia content across websites, social media, presentations, conferences, exhibitions and a variety of digital screens and formats.

You will also play an important role in carrying BellaSeno’s evolving brand across new and existing touchpoints, helping to shape how the company looks, moves and communicates both internally and externally.

This is a hands-on role offering genuine creative ownership. You will contribute from initial concept and storyboard through to animation, editing, adaptation and final delivery.

What you will do

- Create engaging 2D and 3D animations, product visualisations and explainer videos that communicate BellaSeno’s technology, clinical programs and patient journey.
- Translate scripts and complex scientific or medical concepts into storyboards, style frames, animatics and finished visual content.
- Develop video and motion content for websites, social media, presentations, educational materials, campaigns and internal communications.
- Create multimedia content for conferences and events, including large-format screen content, presentation animation, exhibition loops, motion titles and on-site digital displays.
- Adapt and optimise content across multiple channels, screen sizes, aspect ratios and technical output requirements.
- Edit video content, interviews, event footage and short-form social assets, incorporating graphics, captions, sound and other production elements.
- Build and maintain BellaSeno’s motion identity through animated brand elements, logo treatments, transitions, templates and visual systems.
- Work with the Chief Marketing Officer and Marketing & Content Coordinator to roll out BellaSeno’s evolving brand across the new website, campaigns, presentations and internal and external collateral.
- Design on-brand graphics, templates and campaign assets for social media, digital communications and corporate use.
- Develop presentation decks, event materials, brochures,



educational resources, internal communications and other branded collateral.
- Support the visual design and production of patient, surgeon and clinical-trial materials in line with approved content and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute visual assets for public relations, media kits, company announcements and thought-leadership content.
- Prepare creative concepts, production plans and technical specifications, and manage projects through feedback, approval and final delivery.
- Coordinate with external production partners, photographers, animators, developers, printers and event suppliers where required.
- Maintain organised working files, templates, visual libraries and approved brand assets.
- Provide proactive creative and multimedia support as marketing and company priorities evolve.

What you will bring

- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality 2D and 3D animation, motion design, video production and graphic design.
- Proven experience producing explainer animations, product videos or technically focused visual content.
- Strong skills in storyboarding, visual sequencing and translating a written script into a clear and engaging visual narrative.
- A strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, brand systems and visual communication across digital and print formats.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
- Proficiency in a 3D animation or visualisation platform such as Blender, Cinema 4D or equivalent.
- Experience preparing and delivering content for websites, social media, presentations, event screens and other multimedia environments.
- Video-editing skills, including colour correction, captioning, audio integration and final export.
- A sharp eye for detail and brand consistency across static, animated and video formats.
- Strong organisational and production-management skills, with the ability to manage concurrent projects, feedback and deadlines.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to progress work independently.




- The ability to collaborate effectively with writers, marketers, subject-matter experts, senior stakeholders and external suppliers.
- The ability to contribute effectively within a remote and internationally distributed team.
- A genuine interest in medical innovation, regenerative science and using visual communication to improve understanding.

Experience The successful candidate will ideally bring:

- Three or more years of relevant experience in multimedia design, motion graphics, animation, video production or visual communication.
- Demonstrated professional experience creating both 2D and 3D animated content.
- Experience developing work from initial concept and storyboard through to final production and delivery.
- Tertiary qualifications in multimedia design, animation, graphic design, motion design, digital media or a related discipline.
- Previous or current experience within medtech, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, scientific communications or another technically complex or regulated environment is highly preferred.
