About the Opportunities

Recruitment Consultant (EOC Group / EOC Professionals)

You'll play a key role in connecting great candidates with great employers while building long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities may include

- End-to-end recruitment activities
- Candidate sourcing, interviewing and placement
- Managing temporary and permanent vacancies
- Building and maintaining client relationships
- Talent pooling and candidate engagement
- Business development and account growth
- Delivering exceptional recruitment outcomes

Account Manager - Labour Hire & Workforce Solutions (EOC Group / Gundilya)

You'll manage workforce partnerships and support clients with their labour hire and workforce solution requirements.

Responsibilities may include

- Client account management
- Workforce planning and mobilisation
- Site visits and stakeholder engagement
- Labour hire coordination
- Building long-term client relationships




- Identifying growth opportunities
- Supporting workforce compliance and performance

GTO Field Officer (Gundilya)

You'll support apprentices, trainees and host employers throughout their employment journey to help deliver successful outcomes.

Responsibilities may include

- Conducting workplace visits
- Supporting apprentice and trainee wellbeing
- Building relationships with host employers
- Monitoring progress and performance
- Assisting with compliance and reporting requirements
- Liaising with training providers and stakeholders
- Supporting retention and successful completions

About You
