Operations Manager

This is a senior leadership role working directly with the Managing Director to help drive the next stage of TradePro Group's growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage day-to-day operations across plumbing and roofing divisions.
- Oversee teams of plumbers, roofers, apprentices, and subcontractors.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop systems, processes, and operational efficiencies.
- Support business development and expansion throughout South East Queensland.
- Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and profitably.
- Contribute to strategic planning and company growth initiatives.

What We're Looking For
- Strong leadership and people management experience.
- Background in construction, trade services, plumbing, roofing, or operations management.
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
- Commercial acumen and a growth-focused mindset.
- A desire to help build a market-leading business.

We're seeking experienced and motivated plumbers who take pride in their workmanship and customer service.

- Residential and commercial plumbing installations and maintenance.
- Diagnosing and resolving plumbing issues.
- Working efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Providing exceptional service to clients.

Requirements
- Current Plumbing Licence.
- White Card.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualified Metal Roofers

Join our growing roofing division and work on a variety of exciting projects across South East Queensland.

Key Responsibilities

- Installation and replacement of metal roofing systems.
- Roof repairs and maintenance.
- Flashings, gutters, downpipes, and associated roofing works.
- Maintaining safety and quality standards on every project.

Requirements
- Metal roofing experience.
- White Card.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Strong commitment to safety and workmanship.
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic.
