RealTruck Australia is looking for a Technical Customer Advisor to become the technical expert behind some of the world's leading automotive accessory brands.

This is a customer-facing technical role combining product support, training, problem solving and dealer engagement. You'll work closely with customers, dealers, OEM partners and internal teams to help deliver outstanding products and support across Australia and Recent Zealand.

What You'll Be Doing

- Be the go-to technical expert for customers across Australia and New Zealand.
- Help dealers, workshops and OEM customers solve technical and installation issues.
- Deliver product training, demonstrations and technical support.
- Support the sales team with technical advice and customer meetings.
- Investigate warranty claims and contribute to product quality improvements.
- Assist with prototype fitments, product testing and new vehicle development programs.
- Work closely with engineering and product teams to make great products even better.
- Travel occasionally to visit customers, dealers and industry events.
- No two weeks will look the same.

Experience with 4WD accessories, ute products, canopies, roller shutters, towing equipment or aftermarket accessories will be highly regarded.

While industry experience is important, we'll provide product training and support to help you succeed in the role.
