As we continue to expand, we are seeking passionate and driven Fast-Food Managers to join our dynamic leadership team.

About the Role:

As a Restaurant Manager with McDonald's, you will play a pivotal role in leading your team to deliver excellence in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC). You will oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including profitability, sales performance, team development, food safety, and customer satisfaction.

This is more than a management role, it’s a leadership prospect. You will inspire and guide your team to deliver an exceptional McDonald’s experience for every customer, every time.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive restaurant performance to meet and exceed financial and operational targets
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment
- Maintain high standards in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC)
- Oversee staffing, training,



and scheduling to support daily operations
- Investigate incidents and take corrective actions to ensure a safe environment for employees and customers

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in hospitality or quick-service restaurant management
- Solid leadership and people management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills
- A commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence

The Successful Candidate Will Have The Following:

- Associate-Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and one (1) year full-time relevant work experience; OR
- Three (3) years of full-time work experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $86,194.00 – $90,000.00 per year
