The Role

You'll be operating modern excavators completing residential drainage works across Geelong, the Bellarine, Surf Coast and surrounding areas.

This isn't repetitive bulk earthworks.

You'll work around existing homes, tight access,



underground services and finished landscapes where accuracy and attention to detail matter.

Most days you'll see a job through from start to finish, working alongside experienced drainage plumbers who communicate well, support one another and take pride in delivering quality work.

You'll be part of the ground crew, not just the machine operator. We value operators who are happy to jump out of the cab, lend a hand where appropriate and work alongside the team to keep each job running smoothly.

Essential Requirements

- Excavator Ticket
- White Card
- Current Driver's Licence
- HR Licence (highly regarded)
- Experience operating excavators in residential, drainage or civil construction
- Strong understanding of site safety
- Full Australian working rights

Experience in residential drainage or plumbing will be highly regarded, but we're also happy to train someone with the right attitude who is looking to build a long-term career.
