About the role This is not your typical admin role.
We are looking for a highly organised, process-driven CRM experienced Administrator to sit at the heart of our client onboarding and service agreement workflows.
You will be responsible for managing client enquiries, creating accurate service agreements, and ensuring a seamless experience from first contact through to service commencement. Key responsibilities will include:
- Respond to client enquiries via phone and email in a timely, qualified manner
- Create and manage NDIS service agreements using our CRM system (Zoho)
- Process signed agreements through internal workflows and systems
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM data integrity
- Follow structured workflows to ensure compliance and consistency
- Meet weekly KPI targets for service agreements created and processed
- Proactively contact clients when their NDIS plans are due to expire or have ended
- Work closely with the client and the clinical teams to ensure smooth onboarding
To be successful in this role you will possess the following skills/attributes:
- Essential:
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable working to targets and KPIs
- Ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
- Desirable (but not essential):
- Experience in the NDIS, healthcare, or allied health sector
- Understanding of service agreements and compliance requirements
- Experience using a CRM system (Zoho highly regarded)
