About the role

As a part-time NDIS Support Coordinator (30 hours per week) at Grosskopf Consulting, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals with disabilities to access the support and services they need to live independently and thrive.

Based in Springfield, QLD, this position offers the flexibility of part-time work, allowing you to balance your commitments while making a meaningful difference in the lives of your participants. Finding solutions that suits each individual's needs.

What you'll be doing

- Support NDIS participants to build capacity to coordinate their NDIS plans
- Assist participants to interpret and implement their NDIS plan
- Negotiate appropriate support and services, review service agreements and connect participants with community and mainstream services
- Monitor service agreements, schedules of support and other plan commitments to remain informed of financial commitments and the potential effects
- Liaise with and report as required to the National Disability Insurance Agency in relation to participants and their plans
- Provide expert advice and consultation to NDIS participants and their supports on the changing NDIS environment

What we're looking for

- Demonstrated experience as a NDIS Support Coordinator
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Strong organisational and time management skills,



with a keen eye for detail
- You have exceptional communication skills with the patience and understanding to the changing needs of the clients and their service providers
- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
- Must have current NDIS Worker Screening
- Valid Working with Children check
- Own reliable transport
