New Business Manager | South & East Sydney

This role isn't about servicing an existing customer base or managing ongoing relationships.

Your sole focus is growth.

You'll identify opportunities, open doors, negotiate commercial outcomes and bring new customers into Paramount Liquor. Once you've secured the business and completed a seamless handover, you're back doing what you do best, finding the next win.

If you're someone who gets a buzz from the chase, thrives on building pipelines and measures success by the number of customers you've won, this is your role.

What you'll do

You'll own one of the biggest growth territories in Sydney, targeting hospitality venues, retailers and licensed customers across the South and East.

Every day you'll be

Prospecting and opening new opportunities.

Building a strong pipeline through networking, referrals and market intelligence.

Meeting with decision-makers and uncovering commercial opportunities.

Negotiating and closing recent business.

Delivering a seamless transition to our Key Account team before moving on to your next opportunity.

Becoming recognised as the person who drives market growth.

There are no maintenance KPIs.

No account servicing.

Who you are

You're naturally competitive.

You're comfortable walking into venues, picking up the phone, asking for the meeting and handling objections because you know every "no" gets you closer to a "yes."

You don't need someone telling you what to do every day. You know how to build a territory, manage a pipeline and stay disciplined enough to consistently deliver results.

You'll likely come from FMCG, liquor, hospitality, foodservice or another fast-moving commercial environment where winning new business has been your core focus.
