Complete Staff Solutions are seeking a Night Caretaker to join the Coffs Harbour Holiday Parks - Work mainly at Park Beach, but must be willing to work in Woolgoola and Sawtell!

Hours: 1-2 shifts per week, increase to 3-5 shifts during busy periods, Monday to Sunday - you will receive an overnight allowance as well!

Start/Assignment length: Commencement ASAP, for up to 3 months with the possibility of ongoing.

Pay Rate: $37.84 - $59.93 casual per hour + Super

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome recent arrivals into the park
- Respond to all after-hours accommodation enquiries, bookings, payments, emergencies and guest requests, courteously, expediently and accurately.
- Assist receptionists with end of day process, and accompany them to their vehicles at the end of their shifts.
- Maintain grounds and facilities to a high standard.
- Report any operational issues or concerns to the Operations Supervisor.
- Convey work requirements to relevant co-workers and management, and respond promptly to directions/requests made by Holiday Park staff.
- Liaise with tradesmen to coordinate after-hours work requirements.
- Operation of plant ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
- Carry out all tasks,



including the operation of plant in accordance with relevant standards and legislation, not limited to the Work Health Safety Act.
- Undertake regular patrols of the Holiday Parks, liaise with guests and residents and monitor all Holiday Park facilities.
- Lock and secure Holiday Park Facilities.
- Communicate with Static Guards, Security Patrols and Police regarding any patron issues or concerns.

Essential Requirements:

- Current Drivers Licence
- Working With Children Check
- 2 x Work Related References
- Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol Test

Capabilities:

- Demonstrated customer service, negotiation, public relations and organisational skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal, verbal and written communication
- Demonstrated computer literacy and keyboarding skills.
- Demonstrated general knowledge relating to building maintenance, swimming pool equipment and operations
- Demonstrated ability to manage risk in accordance with WHS legislation
