Today, more than 1,000 children and families each year are known, nurtured and supported through our early learning centres and child and family services across Sydney. Now we're looking for thoughtful,values-driven leaders to help shape what comes next.

As a Non-Executive Director, you'll help guide an organisation entering an exciting current chapter. Our 2026–2029 strategy will expand Christ-centred education and care, strengthen support for vulnerable children and families, and deepen our impact in communities across Sydney and beyond. Whether you're an experienced director or a senior executive ready for your first Board appointment, you'll contribute strategic insight, sound judgement and genuine care.

We're looking for leaders with experience in governance, finance, property and/or community services. Alongside professional expertise,



we're seeking people who share our Christian purpose and believe every child deserves to be seen, heard and given the opportunity to thrive.

Board Commitment

- Up to eight board meetings and four committee meetings each year
- Preparation and engagement between meetings including visits to engage with our services and staff
- Three-year term (eligible for one renewal)
- Annual remuneration of $10,000 plus superannuation

Applicants must hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) prior to appointment, undergo relevant employment checks and be willing to complete mandatory training.
