Overview The National Stroke Foundation (NSF) is recruiting for a Media and PR Officer, based in Melbourne. The media and PR officer will be in charge of the Foundation’s content production under the CEO’s Public Affairs and Advocacy Division. The content will include media releases, and online/offline materials, to be released through the Foundation’s official channels.
Part of the content will be modified for a diverse audience. The person is also required to liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including publications and government officials on advocating the Foundation’s objectives.
Responsibilities - Produce content for media releases and online/offline materials under the CEO’s Public Affairs and Advocacy Division.
- Coordinate content distribution through the Foundation’s official channels and adapt material for diverse audiences.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including publications and government officials, to advocate the Foundation’s objectives.
Qualifications - Graduate in communications, journalism, marketing, or related field, with a demonstrated ability to create engaging content for different audiences across multiple platforms.
- Solid writing and editing skills, news research experience.
- Experience in photo/video production and using the latest platforms.
