BluePrint Nursing is searching for an experienced Agency Nursing Recruitment Manager to lead our Regional, Rural & Remote Nursing division and become a key member of our senior leadership team.

Working directly alongside the Co Founder and Director, you'll help shape the future of the business by developing people, implementing new ideas, identifying new revenue opportunities and helping execute our long term growth strategy.

About BluePrint Nursing

BluePrint Nursing is a specialist healthcare recruitment agency supplying temporary nursing professionals throughout Australia.

Today, our business is made up of dedicated specialist divisions including:

- Regional & Rural Nursing
- Remote Nursing
- Aged Care
- Mental Health

You'll take ownership of our established Regional & Rural Nursing division, currently supported by six experienced recruiters, while also leading the continued growth of our newly established Remote Nursing team. Behind the scenes you'll be supported by an experienced in house Compliance Manager, Compliance Support Officer and Finance team, allowing your recruiters to spend more time doing what they do best.

As part of our continued investment in the business, we've recently secured our new office in the heart of Martin Place. More than twice the size of our previous premises, our modern workspace has been designed to support collaboration, innovation and the continued growth of the business. Conveniently located within easy walking distance of Town Hall, Martin Place and Wynyard stations, it's an environment we're incredibly proud of.

The Opportunity

This is a leadership role first and foremost.

You'll lead an established team while working directly alongside the Co Founder & Managing Director to drive the next phase of BluePrint Nursing's growth. From developing people and improving systems to launching new service offerings and identifying new revenue opportunities, you'll play a key role in shaping the future direction of the business.

You'll have genuine influence over strategy, operations and culture,



with the autonomy to make a meaningful impact as the business continues to evolve.

Your Responsibilities

Leadership

- Lead, coach and develop a team of seven recruiters across our Regional, Rural & Remote Nursing divisions.
- Foster a high performance culture built around accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, mentor and develop future leaders as the division continues to grow.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions, performance reviews and career development planning.

Commercial Leadership

- Own the performance and profitability of the division.
- Develop and execute growth strategies across existing and emerging markets.
- Identify new business opportunities, new service offerings and additional revenue streams.
- Build and strengthen long term client relationships across Australia.

Strategic Growth Working alongside the Co Founder and Director you will:

- Help execute our long term business strategy.
- Identify opportunities for growth across the wider business.
- Implement new systems and operational improvements.
- Drive innovation and efficiencies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Play an active role in shaping the future structure of Blueprint Nursing.

Operational Excellence

- Champion exceptional client and candidate experiences.
- Partner closely with Compliance and Finance to ensure operational excellence.
- Maintain strong commercial standards and recruitment best practice.
- Continue building a positive, ambitious and high performing culture.

About You We're looking for someone who understands agency recruitment and has successfully led high performing temporary recruitment teams.

Ideally you'll have:

- Leadership experience within a recruitment agency.
- Strong experience managing temporary recruitment teams.
- A proven ability to develop recruiters and build high performing cultures.
- Strong commercial acumen and a genuine growth mindset.
- Experience driving business development and revenue growth.




- The confidence to contribute strategically, not just operationally.

Highly Desirable Previous leadership experience within the Australian temporary nursing recruitment market.

- Permanent only recruitment.

- Hospital workforce management without agency recruitment leadership experience.

Billing Responsibility Our priority is finding the right leader.

For an exceptional candidate with proven agency leadership experience, this role can be fully non billing, allowing you to focus entirely on leading people, growing the business and executing strategy.
