$85,000-$95,000 base salary (scaled to experience) + super + travel allowance.

Moov360 is a values-based community disability service, offering allied health services and specialised relationship-driven support services. We’re seeking an Occupational Therapist who thrives in group environments, enjoys collaboration, and wants the freedom to shape a caseload that suits their strengths, interests and professional goals.

Our integrated support and therapy model means you'll work closely with support workers, families and allied health professionals to design and deliver group programs that build confidence, capability and connection across our community. You’ll also provide individual OT assessment and intervention, supported by an enthusiastic team and an integrated support model that creates seamless and meaningful experiences for the people we support.

You’ll receive regular face‑to‑face supervision, reflective practice, and meaningful career development opportunities. Our culture is grounded in respect, trust and open communication, and we actively encourage your ideas, creativity and clinical voice.

Your role will include:

- Designing and delivering group‑based programs that build confidence, capability and connection, with a focus on physical, cognitive, social and everyday living skills.
- Providing individual OT assessment and intervention with flexibility to tailor your caseload to suit your interests and strengths.
- Working collaboratively within a closely connected team that values communication, shared understanding and consistent, high‑quality practice.
- Working collaboratively with families and external stakeholders including other allied health professionals and support workers.
- Preparing for and participating in regular face‑to‑face supervision, mentoring and ongoing professional development.
- Being part of a workplace that values integrity, trust and genuine inclusion. Feedback is welcomed, ideas are encouraged,

and everyone is supported to grow and thrive.

What Makes Moov360 Different

- Caseload flexibility: Moov360 predominantly works with teenagers, young adults and adults in the community disability sector. At Moov, you will get to build a caseload that suits you. Your interests, your strengths and your preferred ways of working.
- Group work at the centre: Our group programs are designed by OTs, physios and fitness professionals, and can be a core part of your role - if you want it to be! If you prefer to work clinically 1:1 with individuals, we can do this too - we mean it when we say we will build a caseload that suits you!
- A values‑led community: We prioritise environments where people feel heard, seen and valued. Most of all, we believe leadership stems from top down, therefore we value transparency, and take the time to invest in our team, work collaboratively together.
- Face‑to‑face supervision & real professional development: Not just online modules or trainings for the sake of trainings. We offer ongoing easy-to-access mentoring outside of regular, structured supervision times. We know ongoing structured supervision is important, but what happens when you get stuck one morning and you think you know what to do but aren't quite sure? Or it's a question from someone, worded in a way that make you second guess what you're doing. Support on the job, when you need it. That's the support we provide. Timely. Easy to access. Professional and tailored specifically to you and your needs to learn, reflect and grow.

- An enthusiastic, supportive team:

We believe Together Everyone Achieves More - and we live it. We have monthly coffee catch ups, quarterly team social activities, office and group spaces for collaboration and connection, weekly staff exercise classes and more!

- Integrated support model: Work within a connected team delivering coordinated, person‑centred support across movement, social, community and everyday life to improve the quality of life for you and those you work with.

- Key Performance Factors: Realistic and achievable performance factors to support your growth as a clinician and leader. Billable hours are only one component of performance. We look at caseload management skills, quality of occupational therapy practice, providing person-centred care, professional and safe practice, communication and stakeholder management and organisation including caseload management.

We ensure all KPIs are sustainable throughout your journey.

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist who has

- Bachelor or Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy and current AHPRA registration.

- An interest in movement‑based, social or creative group environments and enjoys working in community-focused practice.
- The ability to build rapport, communicate clearly and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

- Experience working with or as a support worker - collaborating with families and allied health professionals.
- A commitment to person‑centred, strengths‑based practice.
- A willingness to engage in reflective practice, supervision and ongoing professional development.

- Confidence to contribute ideas, feedback and innovation within a values‑led team.
- An understanding of NDIS principles, functional capacity building and everyday living supports.
